My Rating: 5 Stars This became one of my all-time favourite books as soon as I finished. It's one of those books that you wish you could keep the feelings it brings out in a bottle and feel them again and again. The story brings to life a wonderful and colourful world full of magic, dangers and the hilarious, lovable and witty characters that can make anyone laugh. I absolutely fall in love with the story-line and the connection between Howl and Sophie. The quiet, hard-working and very serious Sophie always playing on the safe side of life turning into a ninety-year-old lady that rocks Howls' world with her feisty responses is extraordinarily humorous and fun. You can actually see how the characters develop along with the story, and the biggest change of all is Howl himself. A spoiled brat slash drama-queen slash handsome wizard grows into a courageous character that isn't afraid of accepting his feelings instead of running from them. I love the simple but elegant way Diana Wynne Jones presented this story and I dare you to try and not to fall in love with this book right on the first chapter.
